They get only notifications about successful transactions. Plausible deniability is as smart in business as politics." You have to ask yourself, how wormy are these actions? Clearly AllofMP3 was set up for Russian distribution but they are taking advantage of the weak laws to circumvent copyright law. This is (likely) why the IFPI and the major music companies whom they represent are trying to shut them down.
