I sent my supplier my SB3 back as being faulty. However, they are saying that they have tested it and have found no fault. Also, they are saying that they wont return it until i pay a charge.
It is faulty, the top half of the screen fails and the front metal bezel is coming un-stuck. The problem is that the unit needs to be run for a while before they appear because it's a heat issue. I have photo's to prove it. I don't want a refund, it just want a working SB3. It's obviously a genuine mistake, but could someone official email them explaining that these are known faults? Could someone PM me and i will give more details of the company and RMA number etc?
