Taking the advice of a previous poster, here is how it fixed itself: Stop SS service via the system tray Open a command prompt, navigate to the SS folder, and run SLIM.EXE My hard drive churned away for many minutes. Once the hard drive access stopped, I opened up Internet Explorer to config my device and all is now well with finding my iTunes Playlist. On a reboot, all is still well with finding my new iTunes Playlists.
