Hmm...I just took a quick look through the code. There is a situation where Browse Music Folder won't show up, and that's when there is no audio directory set.
So go to Server Settings, and the second item is Music Folder. Is there something filled in there? If says you can leave it blank if you're getting your music from iTunes.
