You'd have to use Softsqueeze, but I can't understand why anyone would you want to do this except maybe to synch Softsqueeze with a hardware Squeezebox elsewhere. For playback on the same machine you can use foobar or WinAmp or any of a 100 other music managers that are much better than the SlimServer interface.
