OK Mark actually ...you are right...synching is SOMETIMES not an (apparent) problem! It seems to depend on what you are listening to and volume as to whether or not it is noticable. When quiet tracks are played - it is clear that the local player is about (???) 1/3 or 1/2 second behind the SB2
is there a way a non-technical user can cure this? jp northendboston Wrote: > and to Mark Lancot > > thanks for the advice about softsqueeze (and synching) - now it all > works perfectly > > jp > > 2006-01-25, 17:15 > Mark Lanctot > Senior Member Join Date: Oct 2005 > Location: London, Ontario, Canada > Posts: 490 > > > Re: Feature request: Player Controls in Web Interface > > -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- > > --- northendboston > <northendboston.2267nb (AT) no-mx (DOT) forums.slimdevices.com> > wrote: > > > Also does anyone know how to play music on the > > SqueezeBox AND > > simultaneously on local PC speakers. > > > > Run either Softsqueeze or a software player capable of > playing streams and synch it with the Squeezebox. > > Although I see lots of problems relating to synch lately. > > > > - -- northendboston ------------------------------------------------------------------------ northendboston's Profile: http://forums.slimdevices.com/member.php?userid=3560 View this thread: http://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?t=20382 _______________________________________________ Discuss mailing list [email protected] http://lists.slimdevices.com/lists/listinfo/discuss
