I have full administrative rights to my account.
Please check the rights on the file: if slimserver is running as a service, it's using the "SYSTEM" account (or whatever else you defined). It therefore has to be readable for "everyone".
Again, perhaps I saved the file incorrectly?
Try to save it directly to disk using a right click on the link (instead of copying/pasting).
