Actually the remote does a great job but it would be nice to see an update.
Something offered seperately which was backlit and offered direct access to commonly used functions and plugins (and upcoming Pandora stuff) would really be a nice differentiator and I think quite a few people would be willing to put some cash out there to acquire a more functional remote.
