Actually, you can put MMM to the test by running softsqueeze. I have softsqueeze at work and SLIMP3 at home. Both use mmm. I don't know what all the settings do in the Musicmagic section of the slimserver interface, but I would love to know how to tell it not to mix in songs that are in my zapped playlist, if possible. I'd like to be able to get a playlist without any filthy songs.
