The issue here is that the file is tagged with ID3v1, using ISO-8859-5, which
is not technically valid. What tag program are you using?

Is it possible to convert your tags to ID3v2.3 or 2.4, which allow UTF-16 and UTF-8 encoding?

If any of the above doesn't make sense to you, please let me know.
