Wait a sec - $48 should cover *BOTH* PST *and* GST. My last order was for one of the last SB2s, and it was $266.09 US (SB2 + shipping). My credit card company charged me $317.85 CDN. 7% GST of $317.85 = $22.25 8% PST of $317.85 = $25.43 Total tax = $22.25 + $25.43 = $47.68. There's your $48. So look up the COD invoice when it was delivered.
