I do as follows. I start command prompt and the write d:\program\slimserver\server\bin\lame\lame.exe I get different instructions and endings. Is this what you mean by run? You have enabled some file type which need further binaries. But do you really need all those file types? Do you have Monkey encoded files? Shorten? Musepack? If you don't have these just don't care about missing binaries.
