I have reinstalled with the latest nightly build and it still produces the same error. For me Shoutcast would be a nice to have, but not a necessity so I'll just disable it.
This is a pitty (I'm using shoutcast a lot myself). But I'm pretty sure there's a networking issue. If only I knew what it was...
