I got this issue sorted out with the same program that I use to sync my portable player. The app is called Syncback, it's a pretty cool utility, it allowed me to copy out the directory structure of all files except not copy any of the .ogg files. I set the output file destination to my slimserver library and presto, my whole music library in one place. I thought I should give them a recommendation for anyone needing a great sync utility.
