That's an interesting point - although my analysis is archived into my tracks, so the beta didn't do any new analysis on my tracks at all. I suspect you may be onto something though. It's probably because I have MM start as a service, then SS. Even though I killed both and started up MIP as a new service, I bet SS kept the references to MM (hence why it wouldn't mix).
