I've not seen anybody use ntbackup (the backup utility built-in to Windows XP and 2k).
I have my music in a single RAID 1 array on a dedicated music server, and I schedule an ntbackup to run an incremental backup twice a week and a full backup once a week onto a separate disk on the same server. All backups are verified as well to ensure the success of the backup.
