I have been in contact with Qnap since last Saturday to try and get the easiest resolution to this problem.
They are sending over today a firmware update for testing with the drives we have used. Once I have tested it and made sure it is ok I will be making it available to our customers. The firmware update will fix the following: 1. Improve network file transfer performance 2. Fix HD compatible issue 3. Fix multimedia performance issue 4. Fix some torrent files that can't be used in TS-101 Hopefully we are nearly there.
