I wasn't even aware of the Album Review and Biography review plugins existence...can I ask you if you've seen them working with other skins in 6.5?
There's nothing special about them. You only have to define a plugins section in the skin (see eg. Default): any plugin adding web pages without defining a special section (Radio, Help etc.) will be added to the plugins section.
