Oh i see, yes it's ment to be used in a batch file, not cut and pasted to the command prompt. Create a new file called, say, backup.BAT. It's the .BAT thats the standard extention thats been used since the old DOS days. Then just double click it and off you go. You can edit as and when you like. I should ask you to input an option then.
