At this point, it's a few hours. The WWW interface usually
comes up, even if the slim is re-indexing, no?
One note: I wasn't upgrading from 6.2 to 6.5; it was an upgrade
to what I presume was the latest 6.5 nightly. I've been on 6.5
for a little bit. This hasn't happened with other, recent
updates.
