I seem to be experiencing all sorts of strange behaviour... Navigating to the Artist list using 'Browse Artist' takes something over 30 seconds. 'Browse Years' and 'New Music' is very slow too. 'Browse Genres' and 'Browse Music Folder' are both relatively quick such that using the browse music folder is probably the only practical means of selecting music at present. Unfortunately, international characters are not displayed in 'Browse Music Folders' (but are in 'Browse Artist'). Using the remote as a coarse alphabetic selection in 'Browse Artist' is also very slow and sometimes doesn't register at all.
The Slimserver browser is very slow to respond. I also seem to be having problems with tag handling... Albums with multiple formats (e.g. a mixture of mp3 and wma) are duplicated (exactly) in the list with each format segregated, but under the same artist. 'Various Artists' handling seems to have completely fallen apart; some can be seen, some can only be found by album search. Once found, scrolling down the track details show that they are tagged as 'Various Artists' but they still don't appear in the 'Browse Artist' list under 'Various Artists'. Aghhhhhh... Ogg Vorbis files are not playable at all.
