The replay_* tags show up when I look at the WMA files using
DBPowerAMP, so I'm pretty sure foobar is adding them to the files. 
However, DBPowerAMP is the only thing that shows them at all (along
with lots of other wierd and wonderful things :-)).  But if foobar can
read them - and act on them (I've yet to check) - then so could the
Squeezebox, potentially...
