So do you actually have a need for AES over plain old WPA, or is it just the principle? If it's the principle, why don't you consider your principle stated, and move on? The choice is not hard: either sell the SB (there's plenty of market for it), or use WPA while you wait for SD to get the AES issues worked out for your router. Somoene asked me a long time ago when I was stuck on a similar principle issue, "would you rather be right, or happy?"
