Tried that. Didn't make a difference. I did a couple of more trials. Somewhere between the time I start the song and when the songs ends, Slimp3 forgets the previous search. I don;t have to wait for the end and for the screensaver to kick in.
I just want to be able to, say... play the next album after listening to the first album following a search....without having to repeat the search already performed. Sort of like hitting the back button in google to reach the original search results page. Make sense?
