I have tried all of the above suggestions (thanks guys) without any success. I am also still to hear anything from Slimsupport. On this matter I have found Slim's customer service to be extremely poor, and am fast being turned from a very happy customer in to a very unhappy one. This simply isn't good enough Slim!
