that would depend on the OS.
Windows: look in the event viewer
Linux: /tmp/slimserver.log
OSX: Library/somewhere
If nothing shows up, run command-line. That would be c:\program
files\slimserver\server\slim.exe for windows, slimserver.pl for the
others.
