I absolutely agree with you. End-user documentation needs some major improvement. I appear to be getting stuttering with internet radio, local MP3 and FLAC playback and just can't get anything to play through squeezenetworks. "Official" tech support has been disappointing and hasn't solved my problems. Since I asked for a refund Slimdevices hasn't answered any of my emails.
