I use 'Carbon Copy Cloner' (http://www.bombich.com/software/ccc.html) to back up my PowerBook's hard drive to a 'LaCie d2 Hard Drive Extreme with Triple Interface' (http://www.lacie.com/products/product.htm?pid=10058). I work at home as a web developer.
