Clear library and rescan didn't fix it for me either. Stopped SlimServer, deleted the C:\Program Files\SlimServer\server\Cache\slimserversql.db and started SlimServer again to let it do a complete scan, playing music at the same time. However, SlimServer service stops and has to be restarted every now and again. Anyone else get this during a rescan ? Maybe it is trying to open a track (file) that it doesn't know about yet.
