Did you put your slimserver IP address in there? Or did you literally type the letters slimserverIP? > c:\program files\slimserver\server\slim.exe --logfile > c:\myfreakinglog.txt.... does absolutely nothing.... If that's all you do, yes, it won't do anything unusual. You also have to turn logging on, by going to the server web page and setting a logging option. I think you need to speak to slim devices technical support one on one.
