I have two friends that are also running the plugin and they haven't reported the problems that you've been having.
I tried many times to reproduce the problem you mentioned above with starting a stream via the web interface and can't reproduce it. The only thing I can think of is that you're trying to start a stream from a web page previously loaded before restarting the server. If this is the case, you could be requesting to play a song before the server has logged in, built it's channel arrays, etc. and you could probably get some weird results. Down the road I'll try to add some error catching to cover this, but in the meantime please start your browsing from the top Sirius page. Please let me know if you're still having the problem. I've done quite a few changes to my local copy since the last post.
