I was not on the right build, I ran the upgrade and walked away and thought it had completed, but it turns out that the 6.2.2 final was reporting as an older version than the old nightly I had been running. Now that I have upgrade to the latest release, I am having the same problem that another user is having, my SB2 won't update firmware, see the thread by tonymuffinman for more info and a snapshot from my log.
