same here-I don't remember where I got the link I bought from but I 
got an Elpac WM075-1950 (no D5 or 1760 or anyhting else after that) and
it just doesn't seem to have enough power to run the SB3 even though
it's rated at +5VDC 1.5A

guess I'll have to get something else...
