I ran chkdsk and it found errors "the size of the \windows\temp\sqlite_XXXXXXXXX entry is not valid"
I tries fixing it but I think the problem remains. My next plan of attack is to clean install XP again. I did recently add a USB2.0 PCI card and I did have crashing problems straight after installing the card. It may be likely that when the XP finally recognised the new hardware it perhaps corrupted some sectors on the HDD. The USB PCI card seems to work fine though. -- MrGadget ------------------------------------------------------------------------ MrGadget's Profile: http://forums.slimdevices.com/member.php?userid=5287 View this thread: http://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?t=23515 _______________________________________________ discuss mailing list [email protected] http://lists.slimdevices.com/lists/listinfo/discuss
