I was afraid of that. There are perhaps 2 problems, the 10Mb/s problem was likely masking the other.
I took a quick glance at the network statistics but could see nothing out of the ordinary. In the first one, there's no connection to the player, but that's reasonable .... it was stopped. Unfortunately, that screen isn't going to tell me why (and wasn't designed to).
