Interesting... but I'm definitely no expert on CVS or the workings of
open source development. What is that link showing me?
at the moment, nothing much since the last time anything was done to
that list of files, was when 6.3.0 was created. If any files involved
in teh skin are updated, then you will see updated times in that list.
Clicking on any of the files, and you can see that the history for
those files is such that very little has been done in quite some time
(as has been aknowledged by the author).
