Yeah, but... he's still got a good point in that Slimserver never "uncatalogs" unless you browse music folder down to the file and find it missing (I think -- been avoiding that because of LazySearch).
use iTunes
set pref to delete unchecked iTunes tracks
uncheck that ones you want gone, and the iTunes reload will deal with
it.
otherwise, slimserver does its best to catalog everything it finds in
the music folder tree or MusicIP data feed.
