I didn't want the files posted. Perhaps I wasn't clear - I asked you to: 1. Save a copy of the preferences file. 2. Rename the Plugin.pm file to something else such as xxPlugin.pm
Now try to start slimserver - renaming the Plugin.pm will ensure AlienBBC does not get loaded at startup. If slimserver starts then you will know the problem IS AlienBBC related. If slimserver doesn't start then you will your problem is NOT related to AlienBBC.
