Sounds like it's trying to reencode the tracks to mp3 (are you using a software or hardware player?) and you don't have lame installed. Go download it, and throw it in C:\Program Files\SlimServer\server\Bin\MSWin32-x86-multi-thread or the equivalent on your system.
