Flip what you said around, and it reads as follows:
If you can't figure out how to configure a firewall exception, you
shouldn't buy a SqueezeBox.

That may, in fact, be correct.  I suspect Sean Adams and his team have
a pretty good estimate of how many potential sales they lose by
sticking with the enthusiasts.  (Let's face it.  With the exception of
SqueezeNetwork, this is a product that requires you to have a 24/7/52
fileserver.)
