If their other PCs are anything to go by them I'd say pretty quiet. I've built a few of their units in the past and find them really well designed and efficient. They generally use a 1U rack server type of PSU (200W or so) along with a heat exchanger that effectively combines the processor and case fans together. After an initial maximum speed surge on power up the main fan slows to a quiet level. Running an aplication that used 100% processor power did not seem to raise the noise level even after an hour.
