Just a thought: but are the paths of your playlists created outside of Slimserver the same as the way Slimserver sees them ?
If Slimserver sees your music library as a network share (e.g. M:\My Music), and the software which created the playlists sees them as something different (C:\Share\My Music), that might explain why none of them show up.
