I have just analysed the wireless trace Dave attached to this bug: http://bugs.slimdevices.com/show_bug.cgi?id=3590
The problem seems to be caused by the Draytek router resetting the the beacon timestamp. The squeezebox firmware believes the router has rebooted and tries to authenticate/associate with the router again. Dave I am happy to discuss this with Draytek support if you need any assistance in getting this resolved.
