I have a 12" touchscreen with a resolution of 800x600. This is just enough to use the "touchscreeen" skin of slimserver.
With a smaller screen, you will be obliged to run the "handeld" skin. But then, why not consider to purchased a PDA ? The Palm Lifedrive for example has wi-fi connection, a touchscreen and an audio output.
