Using 6.2.2 and F/W 48 my SB3 constantly seems to drop off, the music stops and the display goes blank. When I try to wake it up it says "waking up slimserver" but often doesnt connect. Sometimes if I ping the SB3 from the slimserver it all wakes up and works again at the first ping, but often not. I just have to wait. Very frustrating. I never had this problem before upgrading from 6.2.1, the first version I used.
My gut feeling it is not the SB but slimserver. Often when I shutdown my PC I get an "application error - slim.exe" which I have to acknowledge before windows will shut down. Can anyone help?
