Well - I've deleted everything I can find and reinstalled - no apples. Exactly the same problem. Even going back to the latest 6.5b1 nightly has the same problem.
Unfortunately, all this un/reinstalling seems to have impacted the web interface also - most of the formatting of the pages has disappeared in both Firefix and Safari. Cleared cache/reloaded/rebooted but no joy. Perhaps this is related to the original problem? Feeling quite lost now...
