I'm having the EXACT same problem. Downloaded the latest server edition, and SoftSqueeze doesn't work anymore. The server software download apparently included an update of SoftSqueeze from 2.2 to 2.7 -- you probably noticed the new shortcut on your desktop -- but it's apparently inert. Hopefully we'll get an answer soon, but you're not alone ...
