My iTunes playlists seem to come and go. For the recent past, they have only been gone. I've spent tons of time working on it to no avail. I just installed the latest SlimServer Version: 6.3.0 - 8148 - Windows 2000 - EN - cp1252 hoping that would fix it. I told it to rescan playlists only. I told it to rescan the entire library. My server settings and iTunes settings are all correct. THen I come across this thread and try the slim.exe approach and IT WORKS.
It would seem that the developers would look into what this issue is and really fix it.
