I have already read the article you list below but it does not say whether the setting is TCP or UDP Yes, I can ping the squeezebox from my computer I looked in the Event Viewer, it states that Windows Defender was blocking Slim.exe. I couldn't find anyway in Windows Defender to allow Slim.exe so I removed Windows Defender.
