For outdoor listening, I use a full range keyboard amplifier/speaker system (12" woofer + tweeter). Mines an old Fender KXR60 and I have had loads of fun with through the years.
Keyboard amps are designed to have areasonably linear freq. response. It doesn't have auxiliary power socket but I am sure there are ones out there that may have.
